LOOSE WEIGHT NATURALLY WITH NLP

So is now the beginning of the year and one of your resolutions is to loose those extra pounds you’ve been carrying for a while.

What do you do if you are like most of us ? Well, you hit the gym and hope with exercise you will loose those extra pounds, however you soon find out that doesn’t work since exercise by itself won’t make you loose weight. In fact you might overeat after the workout bringing back the calories you just burnt.

The fact is shortly after the New Year a large number of people sign up to a gyms. 77% people of those drop out within 3 months.

What then ?

Will power you say, is all about Willpower!

So you “will yourself” for 2-3 days to reduce calories only to default in an overeating orgy by the fourth day.

The diet is the answer. The diet is all about the diet.

So you try Vegan, Paleo, Keto. Atkins, Juicing.

Soon it gets boring.

You get tired of eating just protein, or greens or juicing eventually leaving the diet

But somehow one you loose 10 pounds but this soon turns out to be a short lived victory when you find out that a few weeks later you gain it all back. 90% of people who loose 15 pounds or more, gain it with 12 months.

So we are back to square one. Desperation sets in.

Tough isn’t it?

The fact is if you are reading this you’ve probably have tried everything above.

Right?

Is there a way out of this treadmill?

Here is the truth.

What if I was to tell you is that deep inside you there are many “you’s” vying for control ? each one with a different agenda on the “meaning of food” Those “yous” are at odds with each other and will not let you live in peace. Anytime you say '‘that wasn’t me” or “i don’t know what came over me” is another part you have ignored that has hijacked your consciousness and willpower and has gotten the better of you.

These “little yous” sabotage you all the time.

Isn’t that so?

It only gets worse..

Chances are if you have been overweight for a long time you probably have created a mental map of yourself being overweight. This is why after loosing weight, you gain it back again. The mental map is of you being overweight stays with you long after you loose those pounds.

I speak with such authority too well on these matters because this has been my story for most of my life.

For many years I was overweight and toiled with many diets, gyms and trainers. From high school thru college and beyond I lost, gain lost gain, the old proverbial yo-yo.

The problem was I had different Daniels that ran the show. I needed to reach out to them and make peace with them. Some of them were so foreign to me, that they felt like a different person.

Luckily, I had training in NLP and Hypnosis.

I discovered the family of Daniel’s that existed within me.Using NLP and Hypnosis I reached out to those parts and built a system where all of them supported myself. I finally had some consensus.

Then I created a “new mental map of myself” as a fit person.

Within days of doing this , I found myself eating less. I had no need for fancy diets or workouts ( i am not a gym guy) I just ate what my body needed. It kept me happy with tons of energy.

Since there are many having a struggle with weight like I used to, I developed The Mind Body NLP Fitness Program. a holistic system of loosing weight and keeping it off.
