  The breakthrough for decreasing number of sudden infants deaths is the low tech ,simple, cost effective, parent implementation "back to sleep" portion of the infant; the biggest pediatric neurosurgery breakthrough of the 1990's, the prevention using folic acid supplementation of the diet of a pregnant capable woman to decrease the risk of the birth defect of the neural tube (spina bifida). This book , The Theater of the Mind -Breakthrough Treatment for Overcoming PTSD, Phobia, Trauma approach, with the how to, by Daniel Abella in my personal opinion describes a breakthrough approach for the many millions of people at risk and with Phobia as well as post traumatic stress disorder. A copy of this book in every hamlet, every public and private library, is a good idea based on my reading of this book. The book with its approach is likely to improve the human condition in a world with ever evolving challenges by letting each person take charge of their health with step by step instruction that can be done in their own home, on their time.
